This worked perfectly for a long while. I had to do this little trick now and then when 4-finger gestures stopped working. But now the fix has stopped working, Resetting the PMC does not fix it any longer. Has anyone experienced the same?

also found that this improved my boot time… ? took away a leading (pre-apple logo) grey screen that i had. weird.
